In my not so recent Nykaa Giveaway Haul video I mentioned about Sugar Cosmetics. They have been sitting around for a while now and I finally got sometime to post my opinion on SUGAR Matte As Hell Crayon Lipstick.
SUGAR Matte As Hell Crayon Lipstick that is available in 4 gorgeous shades to suit your taste & your ever-changing mood! Super long-lasting and highly pigmented so you don’t have to worry about constant re-application, this must-have crayon lipstick has a soft texture with a silky matte finish.

SUGAR Matte As Hell Crayon Lipsticks remind me of Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil. It would be wrong to say that only the packaging matches. Formula is also very similar. Sugar matte lipstick is more waxier than Nars. It’s smooth, creamy, highly pigmented and glides on the skin like butter. However, there are few cons. You need to sharpen the product, which is a huge wastage of product. Also, the deepest shade, Holly Golightly is patchy as you can see it in the swatch below.
List of Ingredients:
Dimethicone, Diisostearyl Malate, Synthetic Wax, Distarch Phosphate, Polybutene, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Caprylyl Methicone, Dimethylimidazolidinone Rice Starch, Glyceryl Caprylate, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Silica, Isoceteth – 10 May Contain: C.I. Nos. 45410, 15850, 19140
Overall Rating: 3/5
I would not recommend SUGAR Matte As Hell Crayon Lipstick. They are high end dupes for Nars velvet matte lip pencil, but other brands like Lakme and Colorbar are offering better lipsticks at cheaper rate. Toh koi ye kyu le woh na le!!!
