Today I am going to review oldie but goodie, Lakme Quartet Eyeshadow. These eye shadows are around for quite sometime now. Lakme relaunched them in their 9 to 5 range. Sadly a lot of old quads are discontinued. I have 3 out of the 4 quartet eye shadow palettes that are available at the counter.
These versatile quartets of vivid, high-intensity powders give your eyes a defined finish. The radiant colour and shimmer particles shape and highlight your eyes to give you that professional edge. Use the lighter shades for office wear and darker shades for your night look.

My Take on the Product
The palette contains 4 gorgeous shimmery/pearly eye shadows along with a dual sided sponge tip applicator. These eye shadows have high pigmentation in just one wipe. They smooth and apply nicely on eye lids. I was quite surprised by the way they performed. The eye shadows blend quite well, adhere well to the lid and last up to 5 hours on my oily lids. Overall, these shadows are good 🙂
Out of the three palette I have used, desert rose is the one that I would not recommend. This is because two shades out of four are not as pigmented. Tanjore rush and smokey glam are equally beautiful.
All the three palettes have only shimmery shades and no matte transition shade. This makes the palette dependent on the other palettes to create a complete eye look. I wish there was one transition shade in the palette which could have made it a complete package 🙁
Rating : 4.5/5
If you are looking for one palette that will help you create colorful festive look, I would suggest Tanjore Rush. And for bronze/ smokey look, go for Smokey Glam.
