Today I am going to review one of my favorite Ingolt lip pencil in shade 28. I don’t have too many pink lipsticks or lip glosses, mainly because I used to think that I cannot carry bold colors. I guess once you start experimenting with various looks/shades is when you realize that there are lot of options available which are meant for you.
This is my first matte pink pencil ever. It was only after I saw Rihanna wearing a pink shade, that I started my hunt. Now you know where most of my inspirations come from!
The packaging is quite sleek and compact. The black pencil comes with an inbuilt sharpener, hence no wastage of the product. If you have ever bought lip pencil from Ingot before, you will notice that its cap has been wisely modified.
Speaking about the texture and color; in spite of its matte effect it won’t soak up the moisture from your lips.
Tip: If you have dry lips I would suggest exfoliation prior to the application.
It has amazing pigmentation! Just with one application I get a complete payoff. Its a deep fuchsia pink with blue/purple undertone to it. The lip pencil can be used as lipstick or as a lip liner.
